01 · Scope

Who is responsible?

This policy covers the Minik Ada mobile game and the minikada.com.tr website. The data controller and developer is Metehan Tutar (Subzeron).

02 · Mobile game

What information does the game request?

Minik Ada does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos/files, or precise location. The game has no user accounts, leaderboard, or cloud save.

When Google Play securely distributes the app and provides basic store functions, it may process information such as device and app details, IP address, diagnostic data, and store interactions under its own terms.

03 · Stored on your device

Where are progress and achievements kept?

Game progress, achievements, in-game currency, boosters, and preferences are stored locally on your device. They are not sent to a Subzeron account or cloud server.

Uninstalling the app, clearing its data, or using an in-game reset option may delete this local data.

04 · Rewarded advertising

How will ads work?

Minik Ada plans to offer optional rewarded ads. If a player chooses to watch an ad, they may receive an in-game reward such as currency or a booster. Watching an ad is not required to start the core game.

When this feature is enabled, Google AdMob and consent-management services may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, ad interactions, and diagnostic data to deliver ads, prevent fraud, measure performance, and apply privacy choices. Personalization and consent options are provided where appropriate for the user's region and age group.

05 · Purchases

How are payments processed?

When in-game currency and boosters become available for purchase, payments will be handled through Google Play Billing. Subzeron does not see or store your credit or debit card details. Google Play may process purchase records, product details, and transaction information under its own policies.

06 · Suitable for all ages

Children's privacy

Minik Ada is designed as a family-friendly game suitable for all age groups. We do not knowingly ask children for their name, contact information, or similar personal details. When advertising is enabled, configurations appropriate to children and mixed audiences will be used in line with Google Play and AdMob requirements.

A parent or guardian who believes that a child's information has been processed by mistake may contact us.

07 · Website

Google Analytics and cookies

minikada.com.tr uses Google Analytics 4 only after a visitor gives explicit consent. The service may measure information such as pages visited, approximate location, device/browser details, referring page, clicks, and scrolling.

Analytics cookies are disabled by default. The Google Analytics tag does not load unless you select Accept in the cookie panel. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage and can be changed using the “Cookie preferences” button in the footer.

This information is processed with your consent to improve the website and understand usage trends. Google may process the data on systems located outside your country. See the Google Privacy Policy for details.

08 · Retention and security

How long is information kept?

Local game data may remain on your device until you delete it, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app. Retention periods for information processed by Google depend on the settings and policies of the relevant Google service. Appropriate technical and administrative safeguards are applied.

09 · Requests

What are your rights?

Under Article 11 of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, you may ask whether your personal data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing and the recipients of data, request correction or deletion/destruction, and exercise the other rights provided by law.

10 · Updates

Can this policy change?

Yes. The policy may be updated when new features or service providers are added to the game. Material changes will be published on this page with a new date and version number.
